Long Chiao Tai Plastics Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992, with its headquarters located in Douliu City, Yunlin County, Taiwan. The company specializes in plastic coloring processing and masterbatch manufacturing services. Currently, Long Chiao Tai operates three manufacturing plants, providing stable and flexible production capacity to meet diverse customer demands.

To enhance quality consistency and operational efficiency, the company implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in 2004 and upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2018. Through continuous process standardization, documentation, and improvement mechanisms, Long Chiao Tai ensures rigorous quality control across all operations.

The company’s quality policy, “Mastering Color. Ensuring Quality.”, is fully integrated into every stage of production, including color matching, compounding, inspection, packaging, and shipment.

In recent years, Long Chiao Tai has further strengthened operational transparency and efficiency by integrating an ERP inventory and production management system. This system covers raw material receiving, order processing, material issuing, production management, process tracking, finished goods warehousing, and customer reconciliation, ensuring real-time visibility and accurate inventory control.

The quality inspection department utilizes benchtop spectrophotometers, complemented by internally developed color management and sampling systems, enabling human-machine collaboration in digital quality control.
